Descrição da Vaga

Apoiar operacionalmente as atividades de segurança e saúde ocupacional nas obras da BRZ, auxiliando na implementação de medidas preventivas, controle de EPIs, organização de treinamentos básicos e manutenção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro. Contribuir para a redução de acidentes e o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança em todos os canteiros de obras.

Principais Atividades:

Organizar e manter o estoque de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual, controlando a distribuição conforme função e necessidade de cada trabalhador Verificar o estado de conservação dos equipamentos antes da entrega e manter registros atualizados de entrega e devolução de EPIs Orientar trabalhadores sobre uso correto e cuidados com os equipamentos, comunicando necessidades de reposição ao superior imediato Auxiliar no preenchimento de formulários e relatórios básicos de segurança, organizando e arquivando documentação de treinamentos Manter controle de validade de certificados e treinamentos dos trabalhadores, apoiando na organização de cronogramas Auxiliar na preparação de materiais para DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança) Orientar trabalhadores sobre uso obrigatório de EPIs e procedimentos seguros de trabalho Auxiliar na aplicação de treinamentos básicos de segurança e na organização e condução de DDS quando solicitado Identificar e comunicar comportamentos inseguros observados no canteiro Acompanhar técnicos em inspeções de segurança, verificando uso adequado de EPIs e identificando condições básicas de risco Comunicar imediatamente situações de perigo iminente e auxiliar na organização de áreas de trabalho conforme normas de segurança Preparar salas e materiais para treinamentos, organizando listas de presença e controlando participantes Apoiar instrutores durante aplicação de treinamentos e distribuir materiais educativos sobre segurança Prestar primeiros socorros básicos quando capacitado
