Hvem er du?

Du har nogle års erfaring med bogholderi og er vant til at arbejde selvstændigt med den daglige bogføring.

Du er rutineret bruger af E-conomic og MS-Excel. Kendskab til NaviDoc og MicroBizz er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Som person er du struktureret, grundig og ansvarsbevidst.

Du har sans for detaljen, følger dine opgaver til dørs og trives i et miljø med højt tempo og en uformel omgangstone.

Stillingen er som udgangspunkt på fuld tid, men vi er åbne for at aftale et lavere ugentligt timetal, hvis det passer bedre til den rette kandidat.

Hvem er vi?

Vi er en landskabsplejevirksomhed med ca. 45 medarbejdere, hvoraf 8 arbejder på vores kontor i Havdrup.

Vi arbejder året rundt med grøn vedligeholdelse og vintertjeneste.

Hos os får du en arbejdsplads med korte beslutningsveje og engagerede kolleger.

Vi prioriterer trivsel og fællesskab og har løbende sociale arrangementer og aktiviteter.

Dine primære opgaver:

  • Kreditor- og debitorbogholderi, herunder ind- og udbetalinger, kreditnotaer, opfølgning og afstemning
  • Daglig finansbogføring og registrering af bilag
  • Bankafstemninger, firmakort, medarbejderudlæg og leasing
  • Bogføring og afstemning af mellemregninger mellem selskaber
  • Bogføring for selskabets ejendoms- og holdingselskaber
  • Indhentning, kontrol og arkivering af bilag og dokumentation
  • Kontakt med kunder og leverandører omkring fakturaer og betalinger
  • Løbende assistance til Regnskabschefen og CFO
