Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung eines festen Kundenstamms (warme Leads) im B2B & B2C Bereich und Verantwortung für die zukünftige Umsatzentwicklung
  • Übernahme der Umsatzverantwortung innerhalb eines Vertriebsteams in den Bereichen Money, Business, Life, Investment
  • Begeistern deiner Kunden in überzeugenden Vertriebsgesprächen durch das gemeinsame Finden maßgeschneiderter Lösungen
  • Vertrieblicher und fachlicher Ansprechpartner von der ersten Bedarfsermittlung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Erlenen von modernen Vertriebstechniken und Entwicklung deiner Vertriebsskills auf Expertenniveau durch regelmäßige Schulungen

  • Leidenschaft: Du bringst in erster Linie große Begeisterung am Verkauf und den absoluten Willen zum Erfolg mit
  • Motivation: Durch deine Lernfähigkeit schaffst du es dich schnell in neue Sachverhalte und Produkte einzuarbeiten
  • Kommunikation: Du siehst dich als ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent und bringst Spaß am Televertrieb mit
  • Verhandlungsgeschick: Abschlussorientierung, sowie Durchhaltevermögen runden dein Profil ab
  • Verantwortung: Du arbeitest strukturiert und dokumentierst deine Vertriebsaktivitäten in unserem CRM-System
  • Mindset: Du hast ein Growth-Mindset und dir ist es wichtig jeden Tag besser zu werden und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten
  • Wir legen keinen Fokus darauf, welche Ausbildung oder welches Studium du hast. Wichtig ist, dass du uns von deinen möglicherweise vorhandenen Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen im Vertrieb begeistern kannst und du die Motivation mitbringst Neues zu lernen. Auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen.
