Mit den denkmalgeschützten Gebäuden und dem Wohnbereich Silberberg, der spezifisch für Männer (PGA) ausgerichtet ist, ist unser Leistungsangebot sehr individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner aus dem Quartier zugeschnitten.

Ihr Einsatz -----------

Sie unterstützen die Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner nach dem Modell der Bezugspflege. Dabei gestalten Sie den Wohnalltag und die Beziehungen der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in ihrem sozialen Netz und berücksichtigen die biografischen Elemente in der Betreuung.

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Lehrgang SRK\-Zertifikat Pflegehelfer/in oder Gleichwertigkeit SRK
  • Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der psychogeriatrischen Langzeitpflege
  • Freude an pflegerischen und hauswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamgeist und Engagement
