SPECIFIEK

Het vertalen van specifieke ontwikkelingsdoelen / eindtermen in concrete begeleiding op maat van leerlingen met specifieke noden, al dan niet via co-teaching. Hierbij kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning van de collega Psycholoog en team gedrag van de school. Teamwork!

ADMINISTRATIE

- Opstellen van handelingsplannen, agenda…………

- Aanvullen van relevante informatie in het LVS van de leerling.

- Op de hoogte blijven van afspraken rond leerlingen, dossiers van de leerlingen en de opvolging ervan.

- Opvolgen van leerlingen en context.

- Gedragsbeleid samen uitbouwen.

Iedereen krijgt ruimte en kansen voor zelfontwikkeling en ontplooiing met de nodige ondersteuning en kwalitatieve aanvangsbegeleiding.
