The posting

Während deiner Ausbildung tauchst du tief in die Welt der internationalen Schifffahrt ein – insbesondere in die Trampfahrt, also die flexible, nicht fahrplangebundene Seeschifffahrt. Du lernst, wie Schiffe wirtschaftlich eingesetzt werden und wie das operative Tagesgeschäft in einem internationalen Umfeld funktioniert. Dabei rotierst du durch verschiedene Abteilungen: Du lernst das Accounting kennen, schaust ins Crewing und bekommst Einblicke in den Einkauf sowie ins technische Management der Schiffe. So verstehst du am Ende das große Ganze der maritimen Wertschöpfungskette

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

Bei uns bist du von Anfang an mittendrin. Du unterstützt unsere Teams aktiv und lernst Schritt für Schritt die Abläufe in der internationalen Schifffahrt kennen:

  • Crewing - Du wirkst bei der Einsatzplanung unserer internationalen Crew mit und unterstützt bei der Organisation weltweiter Reisen unserer Seeleute
  • Technischer Einkauf - Du arbeitest in Einkaufsprozessen mit und verstehst, wie Lagerhaltung und Logistik rund um unsere Schiffe funktionieren
  • Assistenz der Geschäftsführung - Du unterstützt bei vielfältigen Aufgaben im Schiffsmanagement, koordinierst interne Abläufe und lernst das Vertragswesen kennen
  • Rechnungswesen - Du lernst buchhalterische Prozesse zu verstehen und siehst wie sich die Zahlen zum Reporting für unsere Eigner zusammenfügen
  • Nautik & Technik - Du erfährst Spannendes über den Schiffsbetrieb und unterstützt bei der Organisation von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Besichtigungen

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Grundlage ist ein guter Schulabschluss (mittlere Reife oder (Fach-)Abitur)
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Abläufen und der internationalen Schifffahrt
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und kaufmännisches Denken
  • Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit runden dein Profil ab
