Als Subscription & Growth Manager bist du für die strategische Vermarktung unserer Plus+ Mitgliedschaft verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen aus Marketing und Development optimierst du Customer Journeys und setzt Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Retention um. Du gibst Impulse und Ideen zur Paywall-Steuerung, bringst Vorschläge in die Produktentwicklung ein, hast unsere Shop-Systeme fest im Griff und kannst die wichtigsten KPIs im Schlaf aufsagen.

Dein klares Ziel: Eine stetig wachsende Anzahl zufriedener Subscriber.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung, Konfiguration und Überwachung des Webshops (Stripe & WooCommerce) und der Mobile Shops (iOS & Android) sowie der Zahlungsabwicklung (Stripe, PayPal, …) inklusive Transactional E-Mails/Benachrichtigungen und Datenübergabe an die Buchhaltung.
  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Retention und Churn-Prevention sowie gezielter Winback-Maßnahmen.
  • Datengestützte Entscheidung über die dynamische Paywall-Steuerung auf Artikeln und Landingpages in enger Abstimmung mit der Redaktion und dem Content-Marketing für die ideale Balance zwischen Reichweite und Conversion.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing sowie Push-Notification und Pop-Ups zur Steigerung der Nutzeraktivität, Leadgenerierung und Neukundengewinnung (App-Installationen, Newsletter-Abonnenten, Plus+).
  • Überwachung und Auswertung von Nutzerdaten in Web und App zur Erfolgsmessung von Kampagnen und Identifikation neuer Umsatzpotenziale.
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der User Journey und Steigerung der Conversion-Rates auf Basis datengestützter Verhaltensanalysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Design und Development
  • Kontinuierliche Evaluierung und Optimierung der eingesetzten Marketing-Tools und Systeme sowie der On-Site-Kommunikation.
  • Fortlaufende Überwachung und Evaluierung sämtlicher relevanter KPIs (Churn Rate, Conversion Rate, MRR, Lead-Zahlen) im Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Regelmäßige Reportings an die Abteilungsleitung bzw. COO.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrungen im E-Commerce oder Subscription Management gesammelt. Idealerweise sogar bei einem Medienunternehmen.
  • Dein Verständis für für Customer Journeys ist hervorrragend.
  • Du fällst deine Entscheidungen basierend auf Daten und kannst abgeleitete Thesen gemeinsam mit dem Design- und Development-Team in die Tat umzusetzen.
  • Du bist in der Lage inhaltliche Trigger zu erkennen und redaktionelle Inhalte mit den Augen eines Content-Marketing-Managers zu lesen.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für die aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen am Kryptomarkt.
  • Du fühlst dich in KI-Tools, GA4, CRM- & Shop-Systemen zu Hause.
