Responsabilidades

Como Executivo de Negócios Jurídicos Pleno na BT Créditos, sua missão será impulsionar a aquisição de processos trabalhistas por meio de negociações estratégicas e construção de relacionamentos com escritórios de advocacia. Você será responsável por prospecção ativa, condução de todo o funil de vendas e fechamento das negociações, garantindo fluidez e eficiência em cada etapa. Seu papel será essencial para otimizar nossa estratégia comercial e consolidar a BT Créditos como referência no mercado.

O que você vai fazer?

• Prospecção estratégica: Identificar e estabelecer contato com escritórios de advocacia especializados em direito trabalhista, apresentando nossas soluções e identificando

oportunidades de parceria;

• Gestão do funil de vendas: Acompanhar todas as etapas do processo comercial, garantindo que desde a captação até o pagamento do processo ocorra de maneira eficiente e estruturada.

• Garantir uma boa interface com clientes e time interno BT;

• Relacionamento e fidelização: Desenvolver e manter uma rede de contatos sólida com advogados e gestores, criando parcerias de longo prazo e fortalecendo nossa atuação no mercado;

• Apresentação comercial persuasiva: Demonstrar de forma clara e estratégica os benefícios dos nossos serviços, garantindo a adesão dos escritórios e reclamantes à nossa proposta de valor;

• Negociação e fechamento de contratos: Conduzir negociações que assegurem condições vantajosas para ambas as partes, sempre dentro da nossa política de preços e diretrizes comerciais.

O que buscamos?

• Ensino superior completo em Direito;

• Experiência na área comercial;

• Experiência prévia em antecipação de ativos judiciais;

• Experiência prévia em vendas de ciclo longo B2B.

• Conhecimento em Pacote Office em nível avançado;

• Habilidade em análise de cálculo trabalhista;

• Domínio em direito do trabalho.
