Analista de crédito para BTG (contrato a término 12 meses con posibilidad extensión 6 meses más)

¿Cuál será tu misión en este puesto?

Serás responsable del análisis de escenarios de estrés para la asignación de calificación de riesgo, según normativa Banco Central del Uruguay. Adicionalmente, en la elaboración de propuestas de crédito, serás responsable de identificar y exponer los riesgos asociados, participando en la estructuración de las líneas, detectando de forma temprana las señales de alerta y contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos comerciales. Como resultado de su trabajo, deberás lograr minimizar las previsiones para el banco, con un proceso de crédito eficiente y adecuados tiempos de respuesta al cliente.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

- Realizarás los escenarios de estrés para asignar categorías de riesgo de clientes corporativos

- Procesarás el análisis crediticio para el otorgamiento de nuevos créditos y la revisión de líneas de crédito existentes, teniendo en cuenta el cumplimiento de las políticas del Banco.

- Estarás en permanente interacción con clientes, incluyendo visitas presenciales.

- Desarrollarás un profundo conocimiento de los clientes en tu portafolio, así como de los sectores de actividad involucrados, realizando análisis de mercado.

¿Qué necesitas para triunfar en este rol?

- Competencias indispensables: responsabilidad, orientación a resultados, organización, planificación y excelente capacidad de análisis.

- Ser estudiante avanzado o recientemente egresado de las carreras de Contador Público, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía, o afines.

- Contar con al menos un año de experiencia en posiciones de similar responsabilidad.

- Se valora ampliamente la experiencia previa en análisis de escenarios de estrés para calificación de riesgos según BCU.

Más información: El horario de trabajo es de lunes a viernes de 10 a 18 hrs, en modalidad presencial. Contrato término por 12 meses, con posibilidad de renovación a 18 meses.
