  • Strong Microsoft Office support skills, including SharePoint and Active Directory administration, together with practical experience supporting network and storage services.
  • Experience building and managing Linux virtual machines.
  • Practical scripting and automation experience, particularly with VBA and Python, to support and maintain user-facing tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot methodically, manage competing priorities, and resolve issues with appropriate urgency.
  • Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to work effectively with traders, operations colleagues, and distributed technology teams.
  • A reliable, collaborative approach, with curiosity and a willingness to develop new platform knowledge.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Provide basic database support and coordinate larger database work with the US technology team, including the SQLHK01 estate
  • Experience supporting front office trading platforms, such as Fidessa or Triton, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Familiarity with database operations or infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting storage migration or transition programs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
