Encontramos o terreno ideal, desenvolvemos o projeto e executamos a construção do imóvel, de ponta a ponta.Fundada em 2014 na cidade de Belo Horizonte, a BTS foi uma das primeiras empresas do país focada no segmento de Built-to-Suit, sendo reconhecida como um dos principais players do mercado.Atualmente o grupo conta com duas outras empresas, focadas na verticalização de áreas estratégicas; a Witplan, responsável pela execução das obras e a Proxy, empresa dedicada à gestão dos ativos após a construção, atuando tanto em Asset, quanto em Property.Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Engenharia para fazer parte da nossa equipe.O Auxiliar de Engenharia atuará prestando suporte administrativo e técnico aos engenheiros responsáveis e às equipes de projeto, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento, acompanhamento e organização das atividades em diferentes áreas da engenharia. Será responsável por auxiliar na execução das demandas técnicas e operacionais, no acompanhamento das atividades de campo e na organização de documentos, informações e recursos necessários ao andamento dos projetos, conforme as orientações dos profissionais responsáveis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar no acompanhamento e gerenciamento das equipes de campo, apoiando no alinhamento das atividades conforme as orientações da engenharia responsável; acompanhar o andamento dos serviços executados, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos, a organização das frentes de trabalho e a identificação de possíveis necessidades ou dificuldades operacionais.Auxiliar na execução de tarefas de projeto conforme orientação dos engenheiros responsáveis;Auxilio na preparação de desenhos, levantamentos de campo, e revisão de documentos técnicos;Realizar coleta de dados em campo ou por meio de ferramentas específicas, e colaborar na análise preliminar para suportar decisões técnicas;Contribuir para a elaboração e revisão de documentos técnicos, relatórios de progresso, especificações e manuais de operação.Auxiliar na gestão de materiais, equipamentos e recursos necessários para a execução dos projetos de engenharia.Manter uma comunicação clara e eficaz com membros da equipe de engenharia e outros departamentos envolvidos nos projetos, garantindo o alinhamento e progresso das atividades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducação: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência Profissional: Desejável experiência prévia em obras industriais ou logísticas; Vivência em acompanhamento de atividades de campo e suporte às equipes de engenharia; Desejável experiência em canteiro de obras, planejamento e controle de atividades.Habilidades Técnicas: Conhecimento básico em leitura e interpretação de projetos e desenhos técnicos; Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel; Desejável conhecimento em AutoCAD e ferramentas de acompanhamento de projetos; Familiaridade com controle de materiais, equipamentos e recursos utilizados em obras.Habilidades Interpessoais: Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal; Organização, proatividade e comprometimento.Informações adicionaisLocalização: Campinas/SP.Tipo de Contrato: CLT em período integral de forma presencial.
