Vil du være den administrative nøgleperson, der får hverdagen på lageret til at fungere?

Da vores værdsatte kollega går på pension, søger vi en engageret og struktureret medarbejder til en alsidig stilling, hvor du bliver bindeled mellem lager, transport, salg og administration.

Du får en central rolle i den daglige drift og bliver en vigtig sparringspartner for både lagerpersonale, chauffører og kontoret.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Overføre og kontrollere ordrer i vores WMS-system (Logia)
  • Sikre opfølgning på ordrer, der afviger fra de normale processer (Aspect4)
  • Hjælpe chauffører og vedligeholde leveringsoversigter
  • Klargøre løngrundlag for timelønnede medarbejdere i SameSystem
  • Koordinere og prioritere opgaver sammen med lagerets medarbejdere
  • Yde intern support ved IT-relaterede udfordringer på lageret (du bliver naturligvis oplært)
  • Besvare henvendelser fra salgsafdelingen vedrørende forsendelser og leverancer
  • Håndtere lagerets fællesmail
  • Løse diverse ad hoc-opgaver i dagligdagen
