Ihre Rolle bei uns

  • Bearbeitung sämtlicher Anfragen unserer Verkaufsstellen zu Lieferzeiten, Auftragsabwicklung und internen Umlagerungen
  • Überwachung des Wareneingangs sowie Unterstützung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Bestandüberwachung und \-analyse zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit sowie Koordination konzerninterner Waren\- und Bestandstransfers
  • Abwicklung von Lieferantenretouren inklusive Gutschriftsverfolgung sowie Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Lagerkorrekturen
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Kontrolle globaler Stammdaten sowie Pflege und Erstellung von Preisinformationen
  • Unterstützung administrativer und operativer Prozesse im Category Management sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in den relevanten Systemen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Ausbildung im Detailhandel sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer administrativen, operativen oder koordinativen Funktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie fundierte Erfahrung mit ERP\- und CRM\-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Hands\-on\-Mentalität, die auch bei hohem Arbeitsvolumen Prioritäten setzt, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig steuert und termingerecht arbeitet
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
