  • Accreditation & Assessment Support: Work closely with Bucks County Community College’s Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO), institutional accreditor (MSCHE) and programmatic accreditors to ensure data are valid, reliable, and accessible. Maintain and iterate the college’s Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment Plan.
  • Data Governance & Integration: Partner effectively with Information Technology Services, Academic Affairs, Office of the Registrar, HR, and institutional stakeholders to align reporting processes, strengthen enterprise data governance, support data warehouse strategies, and improve data utility across the institution.
  • Executive Dashboards & Insights: Oversee the development and dissemination of high-level dashboards, predictive analytics models, executive briefings, and data narratives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Reporting Oversight: Provide executive oversight and validation for official institutional reporting (e.g., IPEDS, Perkins, PDE), ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in collaboration with the Director of Reporting & Analytics (IPEDS Keyholder).
  • Capacity & Skill Building: Develop strategic plans for growing and maintaining the College’s analytic, technical, and data capacities while promoting data literacy and consistent data definitions across campus.
  • External Engagement: Represent the College in regional and national external data, research, assessment, and analytics organizations.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required in mathematics, computer science, statistics, data science/analytics, policy, economics, higher education leadership, or a related quantitative field; Doctorate preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 of progressively responsible experience in higher education, with a focus on directing institutional research, analytics, assessment, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct supervisory experience leading professional teams in a complex, quantitative/analytics environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise with enterprise business intelligence and reporting ecosystems (e.g., Tableau, Ellucian Colleague/Colleague Insights, SQL, data warehousing).
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise dashboards (e.g., Tableau or Colleague’s Insights) and predictive analytics tools, in partnership with ITS or data teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of translating complex quantitative analysis into actionable, strategic insights for executive leadership, board members, and external agencies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
