Wir suchen ein*e Junior Social Media Designer*in, um mit uns gemeinsam an Projekten zu arbeiten, die begeistern. Dafür braucht es Phantasie und ein Herz für Trends. WAS DU BEI UNS MACHST

  • Du gestaltest Social-First Assets für Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co., statisch und bewegt
  • Du schneidest, animierst und bearbeitest Reels, TikToks und andere Short-Form-Videos
  • Du entwickelst aus bestehenden Brand Designs starke Social Assets und findest dabei immer wieder neue visuelle Ansätze
  • Du bearbeitest und retuschiert Foto- und Videomaterial
  • Du arbeitest mit klassischen Design-Tools genauso wie mit neuen AI-Workflows und probierst gemeinsam mit uns aus, was damit möglich ist

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

  • Du verstehst, wie gute Gestaltung auf Instagram, TikTok & Co. funktioniert und hast ein Gespür für aktuelle visuelle Trends und Formate.
  • Du hast ein gutes Auge für Typografie, Layout, Bildsprache und Komposition.
  • Photoshop gehört zu deinem Alltag; idealerweise arbeitest du außerdem mit o CapCut, After Effects und/oder Premiere Pro
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit generativer KI oder große Lust, AI-Tools in deinen kreativen Workflow zu integrieren.
  • Zeig uns in deinem Portfolio, was du kannst. Besonders interessieren uns Social Content, Motion Design, Editing und digitale Arbeiten.
  • Du kannst Feedback annehmen, deine Arbeit weiterentwickeln und möchtest fachlich schnell dazulernen
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse liegen mindestens auf C1-Niveau
