The posting

Your mission

Location: Spain / Remote

As Partnership Specialist you will drive Buddyfit’s brand partnership and media sales business in Spain. You will open conversations with brands, media centres and communication agencies, turn their marketing objectives into tailored communication projects built on Buddyfit’s assets (content, talent, community, CRM and media inventory) and bring them to signature.

You will own the full journey: from outbound prospecting and the first meeting, through the creative and economic proposal, to the handover of the signed project to delivery. You thrive in a fast paced environment, you love storytelling and you know that a great partnership starts from a great relationship.

Skills & Requirements

  • Spanish as a first language and fluent English. Italian is a plus.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, sponsorship, business development or account management, ideally in a media group, communication or influencer agency, adtech or SaaS company.
  • Proven outbound and prospecting instinct, with the ability to generate pipeline from scratch.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable in front of brand and agency stakeholders.
  • Ability to structure a communication project and its economic proposal.
  • Great relationship skills, empathy and a genuine interest in understanding the client’s business.
  • Good understanding of the media, social and digital advertising landscape.
  • Structured and organised, able to manage many conversations at the same time.
  • Availability to travel to Italy once a quarter or as needed (Genoa, Buddyfit HQ) and within Spain to meet clients.

Here’s what you will take care of

  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of brand partnership and media sales opportunities across verticals (FMCG, food & beverage, beauty, sport, tech, insurance) and tiers.
  • Run high volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn and events to reach brand managers, marketing directors, media centres and agencies.
  • Understand the partner’s communication goals and design integrated projects: branded content, sponsored classes and challenges, influencer and talent activations, CRM and in-app placements, events.
  • Craft compelling presentations and economic proposals, and present them to clients with strong storytelling.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, working closely with the Partnership Director on pricing and strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate with marketing, content and CRM teams to ensure the project is delivered as sold and measure its results for the partner.
  • Track every lead, activity and opportunity in the CRM with discipline, and report pipeline status and forecast to leadership.
  • Nurture long term relationships with partners to generate renewals and upsell.
