ÜBER DIE ROLLE

Werde der #1 Closer in Berlin.

Als Real Estate Agent (m/w/d) treibst du den Aufbau unseres brandneuen Verkaufs-Verticals in Berlin von Tag 1 an maßgeblich voran. Du sicherst dir damit die beste Ausgangslage auf dem Markt mit unbegrenztem Skalierungspotenzial.

Dafür musst du keine mühsame Kaltakquise betreiben: Du greifst direkt auf unseren Bestand von 100.000 Einheiten zu. Unser Inside Sales Team qualifiziert die Eigentümer vor und übergibt dir abschlussbereite Inbound-Leads. Deine Rolle ist das reine High-Ticket-Closing. Hierzu führst du die Termine vor Ort, sicherst das exklusive Maklermandat und begleitest den Verkauf bis zum Notartermin.

Dank unserer KI-Infrastruktur laufen alle administrativen Prozesse im Hintergrund ab. Du konzentrierst dich zu 100 % aufs Closing, prägst den Aufbau unseres Immobilienvertriebs entscheidend mit und profitierst direkt vom Wachstum des neuen Verticals.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

- High-Ticket Closing: Du übernimmst qualifizierte Eigentümer-Leads, machst die Einwertung vor Ort und sicherst dir mit Überzeugungskraft das exklusive Maklermandat.

- Vertical Creation & Playbook: Du gestaltest die Verkaufs- und Beratungsstandards unseres neuen Verticals aktiv mit und setzt die Benchmarks für künftige Teammitglieder.

- End-to-End Deal Execution: Du führst Kaufinteressenten durch den Prozess, verhandelst die besten Konditionen und begleitest den Deal bis zur notariellen Beurkundung.

- Tech- & AI-Leverage: Du nutzt KI-Tools und unser Tech-Stack gezielt, um Marktanalysen, Exposés und Kundenkommunikation in Rekordzeit abzuwickeln.

- Pipeline- & CRM-Disziplin: Du steuerst deine Deals eigenverantwortlich und extrem diszipliniert im CRM (Propstack).

DU PASST GUT, WENN DU

- Finanziell ambitioniert bist: Du weißt, was dein Closing wert ist, und gibst dich nicht mit Durchschnittsgehältern zufrieden. Dein Ziel sind € 150.000+.

- 1–3 Jahre Track-Record im B2C-Wohnungsverkauf mitbringst: Du hast nachweisbar 5–10+ erfolgreich abgeschlossene Transaktionen pro Jahr vorzuweisen.

- Ein extrem starker Closer bist, der im Erstgespräch überzeugt, selbstbewusst und hochprofessionell vor Eigentümern auftritt, Einwände souverän löst und Deals bis zum Notartermin bringt.

- Lust auf grundlegenden Aufbau hast: Statt in festgefahrenen Strukturen zu arbeiten, baust du unser Brokerage Vertical in Berlin von Tag 1 selbst mit auf.

- Digital Native bist: Du nutzt KI-Tools ganz selbstverständlich im beruflichen Alltag, um schneller zu sein als die Konkurrenz.

- Fließend Deutsch sprichst.
