Wir suchen Dich

  • Du betreust unsere Kunden und hilfst mit bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiterzuentwickeln und zu stärken
  • Du bearbeitest Reklamationen unserer Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen
  • Du nimmst Kundenaufträge entgegen, erfasst sie im System und begleitest sie von der Abwicklung bis zur Abrechnung – bei Fragen rund um den Auftrag bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson
  • Bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen bringst du dich aktiv mit ein
  • Du pflegst Kundendaten und stellst sicher, dass diese stets aktuell und vollständig sind
  • Du unterstützt bei der allgemeinen Kundenkorrespondenz und sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen zuverlässig bearbeitet werden

Damit begeisterst Du uns

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice und in der Reklamationsbearbeitung – am besten im B2B Umfeld
  • Eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, bei der du auch in herausfordernden Situationen lösungsorientiert vorgehst
  • Deine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und dein wertschätzender Umgang mit Kunden zeichnen dich aus
  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie ERP-/CRM-Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch- und kannst dich idealerweise auf Englisch gut verständigen – schriftlich wie mündlich
