Daarom zoeken wij een Proces Engineer Assemblage die zich volledig richt op het ontwerpen, inrichten, onderhouden en continu verbeteren van onze werkplaatsprocessen.

Jouw rol Als Proces Engineer Assemblage ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, analyseren en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen binnen de assemblageprocessen van Bufab Flos. De focus ligt op procesontwerp, procesoptimalisatie, werkplekinrichting, kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele prestaties.

Je vormt samen met de Teamleider Assemblage en de Planner de operationele gouden driehoek van de afdeling. De Teamleider stuurt de medewerkers op de werkvloer aan, de Planner bewaakt de planning en flow en jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de inrichting, de borging en de continue verbetering van de assemblageprocessen.

Deze functie is niet primair verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse toezicht op de uitvoering van processen. Wel voel je eigenaarschap voor het functioneren van jouw processen en spreek je collega’s direct of indirect aan wanneer instructies en procesafspraken niet worden nageleefd.

Jij

· Neemt eigenaarschap over het ontwerpen, implementeren en verbeteren van assemblageprocessen

· Observeert processen actief en haalt feedback op van de werkvloer

· Herkent structurele oorzaken en vertaalt deze naar pragmatische verbeteringen

· Begeleidt verbeteringen tot en met borging en verbindt daarbij visie met de dagelijkse praktijk

Dit is geen rol waarin je alleen analyseert of adviseert. Je bouwt actief mee aan verbetering.

Je combineert conceptueel denken met een hands-on instelling. Je hoeft niet zelfstandig de volledige toekomstvisie voor Assemblage te ontwikkelen, maar denkt hierover actief mee. Je helpt de gekozen richting te vertalen naar processen, standaarden en praktische verbeteringen en omarmt deze richting als eigenaar van de assemblageprocessen.

Jouw profiel Je past goed in deze rol als je:

· Hbo-werk- en denkniveau hebt, bij voorkeur in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting

· Ervaring hebt met procesengineering en continu verbeteren binnen een productie-, assemblage- of vergelijkbare operationele omgeving

· Eigenaarschap neemt voor het ontwerpen, implementeren en borgen van processen

· Zichtbaar aanwezig bent op de werkvloer en observaties, data en feedback vertaalt naar praktische verbeteringen

· Structurele oorzaken van symptomen onderscheidt en ervaring hebt met gestructureerde probleemoplossing, zoals root cause analyses, 8D

· Conceptueel denken combineert met hands-on realisatie en goed schakelt tussen operationele details en het grotere geheel

· Bestaande werkwijzen constructief ter discussie stelt en collega’s durft aan te spreken op procesafspraken

· Sterk bent in samenwerking en stakeholdermanagement en goed communiceert in het Nederlands en Engels

Kennis van Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, FMEA, risicoanalyses, 8D/CAPA, lay-outoptimalisatie, flowverbetering of digitalisering binnen operations is een pré.
