  • Kundenberatung und Service: Als Teil unseres Service-Teams berätst du unsere Kundinnen und Kunden freundlich und kompetent zu Produkt- und Vertragsfragen – telefonisch und per E-Mail. Ihre Anfragen bearbeitest du über unser elektronisches Ticketsystem.
  • Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und pflegen: Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und baust durch telefonische Ansprache neue auf.

  • Kommunikation und Motivation: Du bist kommunikativ und möchtest praktische Berufserfahrung sammeln.
  • Know-how und Lernbereitschaft: Du kennst dich im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden aus oder bist bereit, dich intensiv in das Thema einzuarbeiten.
  • Studium und Verfügbarkeit: Du möchtest neben deinem Studium zwischen 12 und 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten.
