Corporate QAQC Manager (Building)

established construction company, is looking for a Corporate QAQC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control across its building projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of QAQC systems and procedures across building projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits and site inspections to ensure consistent construction quality.
  • Review and monitor QAQC plans, inspection and test plans, method statements and quality documentation.
  • Identify quality issues and non-conformances, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Work closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality-related matters.
  • Monitor quality performance across projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project QAQC teams to ensure consistent quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant QAQC experience in the building and construction industry.
  • Experience with a main contractor is preferred.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 and construction quality management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction processes, quality inspections and audits.
