Our client, an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage LTA infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall planning, coordination and execution of LTA projects from commencement to completion.
  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed according to project schedules, specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities on project matters.
  • Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, resources and construction schedules.
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with LTA requirements, safety regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement, subcontractors and contractual matters.
  • Lead and guide project teams to achieve project objectives and timely completion.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Proven experience managing LTA infrastructure projects.
  • Candidates with MRT, underground, railway or major civil infrastructure project experience will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of LTA requirements, construction practices and project management.
  • Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
