5-Day Work Week | Singapore

Our client, an established main contractor, is looking for a Project Manager to oversee building projects in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall planning, coordination and execution of building projects from commencement to completion.
  • Manage project progress, ensuring works are completed according to schedule, budget and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and project specifications.
  • Manage project resources, manpower and subcontractors effectively.
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure all works meet the required quality standards and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
  • Experience with a main contractor in Singapore will be an advantage.
