The Lead, Business Enablement provides hands-on, site-level support during deployment and post-hypercare stabilization. This role is the primary on-the-ground resource for business process adoption: delivering training, troubleshooting issues, reinforcing standard processes, and capturing structured field feedback that informs fixes, training updates, and change requests. The Lead, Business Enablement operates independently at individual sites, executing activities end to end and serving as the direct link between field users and the broader Elevate program.
