Material Handler (Entry-Level) We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our production team. In this entry-level role, you will help move raw materials and finished products throughout our facility, ensuring materials are available where and when they are needed. No prior experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow. What You'll Do

Load, unload, move, stack, and organize building materials and finished products throughout the facility. Safely lift, carry, and transport materials to support production operations. Operate both motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment (training provided as required). Follow established processes to ensure efficient movement of materials. Learn work procedures and best practices from supervisors and experienced team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience. Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, and climb as needed. Ability to perform physical work throughout the scheduled shift.

Work Environment This position is performed in a manufacturing/production environment and may involve:

Exposure to varying temperatures. Noise from production equipment. Dust and airborne particles. Moving mechanical equipment. Adherence to all required safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
