Outside Sales Representative - Windows & Building Materials Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and being rewarded for your success? We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our presence in the building materials industry, with a strong emphasis on windows and related products. In this role, you'll work with builders, residential contractors, and project managers to deliver solutions that help their projects succeed. What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities. Identify customer needs, design requirements, and project specifications to recommend the best solutions. Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research. Prepare and negotiate sales contracts for a variety of residential construction projects. Deliver impactful sales presentations that demonstrate the value and benefits of our products and services. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert product knowledge and consultation. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Resolve customer concerns and assist with troubleshooting complex field issues when needed. Keep customers informed about new products, services, and innovations that support their current and future projects.

What We're Looking For

Proven success in outside sales, preferably within building materials, windows, or construction-related industries. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for winning new business. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the lumber, building materials, or construction industry is highly preferred.
