About the Role

This role goes beyond traditional project management. We're looking for someone who understands branding from strategy to execution, can confidently manage clients, lead creative teams and freelancers, and ensure every project meets our creative and commercial standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands what makes a brand successful, and can translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branding & Creative Leadership

  • Lead branding projects from initial brief and strategy through creative development, implementation, and final delivery.
  • Oversee brand identity development, brand guidelines, visual systems, packaging, and brand applications.
  • Provide clear, constructive creative feedback to internal designers and external freelancers.
  • Review and approve creative work to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Ensure creative solutions are both visually compelling and strategically relevant.

2. Brand Strategy & Consulting

  • Contribute to brand positioning, brand architecture, messaging, and overall brand direction.
  • Evaluate client briefs and identify opportunities to strengthen their brand strategy.
  • Challenge creative directions when necessary and recommend solutions that better serve the brand's objectives.
  • Translate strategic insights into actionable creative briefs for designers and freelancers.
  • Guide clients on branding best practices and long-term brand consistency.

3. Project & Team Management

  • Manage multiple branding and design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate internal designers, freelance creatives, and external production partners.
  • Brief freelancers, review their work, manage feedback rounds, and oversee final submissions.
  • Establish project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress from kickoff to completion.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across internal departments.

4. Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned branding clients.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, creative reviews, and project updates.
  • Manage client expectations, feedback, approvals, and scope changes.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and services.

5. Website Design & Digital Projects

  • Lead website design projects from briefing and UX/UI direction through design approval and handover.
  • Coordinate with freelance web designers and developers to ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Review website structure, user experience, visual design, and brand consistency.
  • Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals throughout the website development process.

6. Business Development

  • Support new business opportunities by developing branding proposals, presentations, and recommended scopes of work.
  • Define project deliverables, timelines, required resources, and execution approaches.
  • Review and approve commercial proposals, cost estimates, and scopes of work before client submission, within agreed approval limits.
  • Ensure proposed services are commercially viable, appropriately resourced, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding branding and creative services.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
