Als Empfangskraft (m/w/d) sind Sie erste/r Ansprechpartner/in unserer externen Partner, Mandanten und Bewerber und damit der erste, positive Eindruck unserer Kanzlei. Sie begrüßen unsere Besucher stets mit einem Lächeln und leiten selbstbewusst Anrufe an die jeweilige/n Ansprechpartner/in weiter. Dabei behalten Sie immer den Überblick und lassen sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Hier freuen wir uns auch ganz besonders über Bewerbungen aus dem Bereich Service oder Hotellerie sowie wir lösungsfindige und serviceorientierte Quereinsteiger immer willkommen heißen!

Ihre spannende Arbeitsaufgabe

  • Persönlicher Empfang von Mandanten, Bewerbern und Interessenten
  • Entgegennahme von Anrufen und Weiterleitung an den jeweiligen Ansprechpartner
  • Mithilfe bei der Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Termingerechte Bestellung von Getränken, Kaffee und Büromaterial
  • Verwaltung des Büromittellagers sowie Archivs
  • Verwaltung der Postfächer für die Abteilungen
  • Bewirtung von Gästen
  • Bearbeiten und fristgerechte Verteilung von E-Mails aus dem Postfach info@

Ihr Profil

  • Freundliches, empathisches und sicheres Auftreten persönlich und am Telefon – auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige, teamorientierte und sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Office-Anwendungen
