Notre Opportunité de stage ##

Au sein de notre équipe Qualité, basée à Neuchâtel, nous recherchons un :

Stagiaire Supply Chain

(6 mois, dès Janvier 2027)

Rattaché au département Qualité, vous contribuez à améliorer la qualité de nos produits en définissant et pilotant les processus qualité, en traitant les incidents de non-qualité et en menant des actions d-amélioration continue sur les outils, les méthodes et les standards de contrôle.

Lors du stage, vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Définition des processus qualité en lien avec les équipes terrain pour garantir la conformité des produits assemblés
  • Amélioration des standards qualité, accompagnés de formations auprès des équipes sur les modifications apportées
  • Analyse des incidents qualité et mise en place d-actions correctives et préventives en collaboration avec les fonctions support et l-assemblage T2
  • Suivi des problématiques qualité dans une logique de standardisation, de formalisation et d-amélioration continue des procédures qualité
  • Audit des processus de contrôle pour identifier des leviers d-amélioration et optimiser leur efficacité

Votre parcours ##

Au bénéfice d-une formation supérieure dans la qualité ou en génie industriel, vous avez une forte curiosité technique et un intérêt à découvrir les défis de la qualité dans une manufacture horlogère.

A l-aise sur le terrain et bon communiquant, vous aimez échanger avec les collaborateurs pour comprendre leurs problématiques et apporter les solutions qui permettront de les détecter de les résoudre au plus tôt. Consciencieux, rigoureux et patient, vous êtes à l-aise avec les outils qualité (DMAIC, QQOQCCP, 6 sigma) et l-exploitation des données à l-aide de logiciels tels que Excel ou Power BI.

Vous devez obligatoirement bénéficier d-une Convention de Stage signée par un établissement d-enseignement.
