Om jobbet Da vi har travlt, søger vi snarest en kontorassistent, der skal være med til at indtaste ordrer fra vores kunder samt have daglig kontakt til chauffører og samarbejdspartnere. Du vil blive en del af et team, der dagligt i fællesskab disponerer og administrerer vores mange biler. Du vil over for vores kunder og samarbejdspartnere være ansigtet udadtil, som giver en høj service med et smil på læben. Der er tale om en fuldtidsstilling,

Der er følgende arbejdsområder:

  • Telefonbetjening
  • Kontrol af løn på timelønnede samt klargøring til lønkørsel i HR
  • Indtastninger af ordre fra kunder samt kundekontakt
  • Lave afregning samt andre administrative opgaver

Om dig Du er faglært kontorassistent eller lignende, administrativt stærk og lægger vægt på høj service og kvalitet. Du er omstillingsparat og kan håndtere travle perioder i et hektisk miljø. Det er vigtigt, at du har en konstruktiv tilgang til tingene, og er god til at rådgive.

Har du erfaring inden for korn og foderstofbranchen, vil det være en fordel.

Endvidere forventer vi, at du:

  • Er struktureret og har ordenssans
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt
  • Har gode IT-kundskaber (Office-pakken) og gerne erfaring med Navision - oplæring vil finde sted
  • Er en god kollega og teamplayer
