  • Die Systemführung, Systemadministration und Benutzerverwaltung des Informations- und Einsatzsystems New Generation (IES NG) verantworten.
  • Die Stakeholderbeziehungen durch regelmässiges Einholen von Feedback und Optimierung der Kommunikation pflegen und erweitern, um die Bedürfnisse der Stakeholder im nationalen und internationalen Kontext in die Produktweiterentwicklung zu integrieren.
  • Die Releases der Anwendung IES NG planen und steuern, einschliesslich Testing, Abnahme und Freigabe.
  • Konzeptionelle Grundlagen erarbeiten und Dokumentationen für Schulungen und Ausbildungen erstellen, die Durchführung der Schulungen und Ausbildungen sicherstellen.
  • Das Test-Management im Zusammenhang mit Updates und Änderungen der Infrastruktur (Konzept, Durchführung, Protokollierung und Abnahme) verantworten.

Das macht Sie einzigartig

  • Abgeschlossene Fachhochschule oder gleichwertige Ausbildung bzw. mehrjährige, nachweislich äquivalente Berufserfahrung.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
  • Erfahrung im Release-, Change- sowie Lifecycle-Management in komplexen Systemen.
  • Erfahrung in der Administration und Benutzerverwaltung von kritischen Einsatzapplikationen oder Systemen.
  • Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse des Gesundheitswesens, insbesondere im Rettungsdienst.
  • Aktive Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen, passive Kenntnisse sowie aktive Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Das Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz BABS ist die national anerkannte Koordinationsstelle für Bevölkerungsschutz zwischen Fachstellen Bund, Kantonen und Dritten. Es sorgt für Grundlagen und Koordination, insbesondere in den Bereichen Risikoanalyse, Warnung und Alarmierung, Ausbildung, Telematik und Schutzinfrastruktur sowie Katastrophenmedizin, ABC-Schutz und Abrüstung. Zusammen mit den Kantonen sowie weiteren nationalen und internationalen Partnern verfügt es über Fähigkeiten, aktuelle Technologien und Infrastrukturen für die Bewältigung von Katastrophen und Notlagen.
