* Zur Wahrung der inneren oder äusseren Sicherheit der Schweiz beitragen, entsprechende präventiv-polizeiliche Massnahmen prüfen und erlassen * Verwaltungsverfahren eigenständig leiten * Verwaltungsstrafverfahren im Bereich der Vorläuferstoffgesetzgebung (VSG) eigenständig leiten * Fedpol in Beschwerdeverfahren vor verwaltungsinternen Beschwerdeinstanzen und Gerichten vertreten auf Französisch und/oder in Italienisch * Vollzug der angeordneten Massnahmen begleiten und unter in- und externen Stellen koordinieren * Einsatzbereitschaft gelegentlich ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten bei dringenden Fällen * Politische Geschäfte und juristische Fachfragen bearbeiten * Fedpol in nationalen amtsübergreifenden Fach- und Koordinationsgremien vertreten

* Juristischer Hochschulabschluss auf Masterstufe sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Verwaltungsverfahrens- oder Verwaltungsstrafrecht * Mindestens fünf Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Verfahrensrecht * Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Zusammenhänge zu verstehen, sowie redaktionelles Geschick * Eigenverantwortung sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit * Hohe Ansprüche an die Diskretion der Arbeit * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in mindestens zwei Amtssprachen sowie passive Kenntnisse einer dritten Amtssprache
