* Team Fachapplikationen führen und eine produktorientierte Arbeitsweise fördern * Produktvision, Strategie, Roadmap und Product Backlog für die zentralen Fachapplikationen der Sportzentren Magglingen und Tenero verantworten * Fachliche Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse analysieren, nach Nutzen, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Risiken priorisieren und in klare Spezifikationen, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien übersetzen * Fachbereiche und IT zusammenbringen, Workshops moderieren und die fachlichen Interessen der Sportzentren vertreten * Projekte zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Fachapplikationen leiten und Lösungsvarianten hinsichtlich Nutzen, Machbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Risiken beurteilen

* Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft, oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner und/oder Business Analyst/-in in einem komplexen Softwareumfeld; fundierte Kenntnisse in Requirements Engineering, Prozessmodellierung und agilen Arbeitsweisen * Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden oder interdisziplinären Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachbereich und IT * Strategisches und analytisches Denken, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen zu priorisieren und Entscheide klar zu vertreten * Aktive Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen; Kenntnisse einer dritten Amtssprache sind von Vorteil
