* Master in scienze naturali, in particolare in biologia, scienze politiche, giurisprudenza o scienze economiche * Conoscenze e competenze nell'ambito della comunicazione e della gestione dei portatori d'interesse * Propensione al pensiero concettuale e analitico nonché interesse per l'attività di un'amministrazione pubblica * Buone conoscenze attive di almeno una seconda lingua ufficiale e, se possibile, conoscenze passive della terza * Buone competenze informatiche
