Die Bundesliga Media GmbH bündelt als zentrale Medieneinheit der Bundesliga die gesamte mediale Wertschöpfungskette unter einem Dach: Von der Content-Produktion und technologischen Verbreitung bis zur weltweiten Vermarktung der audiovisuellen Rechte.

Wir suchen eine/n Praktikant/in Media Days (m/w/d)

  • Köln
  • Ab 13. Januar 2027 für acht Monate
  • Vollzeit (40h)
  • Wir bieten eine hybride Arbeitsweise: Gerne im Büro, kombiniert mit der Möglichkeit remote zu arbeiten, wenn es zu dir und deiner Tätigkeit passt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Organisation und Planung sämtlicher Media Days bei allen 18 Bundesliga-Clubs
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Materialien für die Media Days sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Formate
  • Tägliche Abstimmung und Koordinierung aller am Prozess beteiligten Teams sowie Sicherstellung, dass sämtliche relevanten Informationen bei diesen ankommen
  • Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern sowie internen und weiteren externen Stakeholdern

Das bringst du mit

  • Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder Masterstudium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, wünschenswerterweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations-, Sport- oder Medienwissenschaften
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen vorzugsweise im Event- und/oder Projektmanagement sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programme (Outlook, Word, Excel usw.)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise ergänzt durch weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
