Wir suchen eine/n Senior Controller/in (m/w/d) ​

  • Frankfurt am Main
  • Start zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
  • Vollzeit (40h)
  • Befristet auf 2 Jahre mit der Option auf Übernahme

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Betreuung von Controlling-Themen und Fachbereichen rund um Planung, Forecast und finanzielle Steuerung
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Koordination und Erstellung von Forecasts
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Reports und Präsentationen für Management und Gremien der Bundesliga-Gruppe
  • Analyse finanzieller Entwicklungen sowie verständliche Aufbereitung der wesentlichen Treiber und Zusammenhänge
  • Betreuung und Koordination der fachlichen und technischen Weiterentwicklung unseres BI-Tools Board sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für externe Board-Dienstleister
  • Wahrnehmung der Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Controlling und IT, insbesondere zur Sicherstellung der Anbindung an den Data Lake und einer verlässlichen Datenversorgung für Planung, Reporting und Analyse
  • Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Controlling-Prozessen sowie der Weiterentwicklung datenbasierter Steuerungs- und Reportinglösungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und ein sehr gutes Verständnis für finanzielle und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Affinität zu Daten, IT und Digitalisierung sowie Erfahrung mit BI-, Planungs- oder Reporting-Systemen oder ein einschlägiges Studium oder Weiterbildung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Data Lake, Datenmodelle oder Schnittstellen sind von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in BOARD, Microsoft Dynamics 365 oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude am persönlichen Austausch und gemeinsamen Arbeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
