O Profissional irá atuar no monitoramento do processo e equipamentos do setor de tratamento do caldo para açúcar e etanol através do supervisório, conduzindo os operadores de campo, visando o cumprimento das etapas gerais da indústria dentro dos parâmetros estabelecidosResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAs responsabilidades são:Realizar o acompanhamento e o funcionamento dos equipamentos de dosagem, aquecimento, decantação, preparo de polímero e filtração do lodo no processo de tratamento físico químico do caldo, e hidratação da cal; Executar as tarefas de dosagens para correção de PH; Controle das válvulas para o preparo de aquecimento do caldo de açúcar e etanol, visando garantir o processo de tratamento do caldo físico químico de boa qualidade para · produção; Realiza dosagens de polímeros e cal ao caldo dosado, nas proporções estipuladas, objetivando auxiliar na decantação de suas impurezas; Manuseia as válvulas na saída e entrada de cada aquecedor a ser utilizado, visando um maior aproveitamento do vapor; Efetuar a retirada de produtos químicos do almoxarifado para uso na seção de trabalho; Acompanha e monitora as operações de filtros e prensa para obter o mínimo de perda na extração do lodo;Serviços de entressafra: Executar os serviços de manutenção industrial em geral, ampliação e reforma, efetuar as montagens, desmontagens e/ ou modificações a serem implementadas, realizando serviços de recuperação de peças, bombas, válvulas, tubulações ou partes de equipamentos e dispositivos no parque industrial da empresa, bem como serviços gerais de higienização e assepsia, deixando-os em perfeitas condições de uso e funcionamento para início da próxima safra. Executar outras tarefas correlatas às descritas acima a critério da organização, de acordo com orientação do superior imediatoRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Será um diferencial possuir Técnico em Açúcar e Álcool ou Técnico em Química;Informações adicionaisResidir nas cidades que tenham transporte fornecido pela empresa.
