We’re building a talent pool for support engineers who’ve worked on the front lines of performance, reliability, and security and who care about solving real problems, not just closing tickets.

Is this you?

You’ll likely thrive here if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support for CDN, edge infrastructure, performance, or related technologies (e.g., WAF, storage, media delivery, or network security services)
  • Familiarity with DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and VOD
  • Debugging experience with tools like traceroute, curl, MTR, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HTTP protocols
  • Understanding of security best practices in production environments
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and ease with working cross-functionally
  • A continuous learning mindset and genuine care for customers
