Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienvermarktung und fundierte Kenntnisse des Immobilienmarktes in Basel und der Region.
  • Ein gut gepflegtes Netzwerk in der Region und idealerweise einen eigenen Kundenstamm.
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung von Eigentümerschaften sowie in der aktiven Akquisition und im gezielten Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Ausgewiesene Stärke in Verkauf und Verhandlung sowie in der erfolgreichen Betreuung und Bindung von Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Ein überzeugendes, authentisches und verbindliches Auftreten, mit dem Du rasch Vertrauen aufbaust.
  • Freude daran, Beziehungen zu privaten und professionellen Auftraggebenden sowie zu weiteren Marktakteuren aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis, unternehmerisches Denken und Eigeninitiative.
  • Eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Dich konstruktiv ins Team einzubringen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Was Dich erwartet

In einem motivierten und kollegialen Team betreust Du selbstständig Verkaufs\- und Vermarktungsmandate und begleitest Eigentümerschaften vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Du berätst zu Markt, Positionierung, Zielgruppen, Preis und Vorgehen, entwickelst passende Vermarktungsstrategien und setzt diese um. Du betreust Interessentinnen und Interessenten, führst Besichtigungen durch und begleitest Verhandlungen. Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und akquirierst eigenständig und proaktiv neue Mandate. Dabei sprichst Du private und professionelle Auftraggebende gezielt an und baust Beziehungen zu Entwicklern, institutionellen Eigentümern, Architekten und weiteren Multiplikatoren auf. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt darauf, unsere starke Position bei privaten Eigentümerschaften weiterzuführen und gleichzeitig unser Geschäft mit professionellen Auftraggebenden gezielt auszubauen. Deine Marktkenntnisse und Erfahrungen bringst Du ins Team und in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vermarktung ein. Für diese zählen langjährige Markterfahrung, ein belastbares Netzwerk und überzeugende Referenzen. Entscheidend ist auch, dass Du echtes Interesse an Deinem Gegenüber zeigst und Vertrauen durch Deine Haltung und Erfahrung aufbaust.
