The posting

Als planner zorg je ervoor in dat de inspecties tijdig worden ingepland, zodat deze uitgevoerd worden binnen de vereiste periode. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal en kostenefficiënt inzetten van onze liftinspecteurs op opdrachten en projecten in Nederland.

Hierbij dien je rekening te houden met de technische kwalificaties van een groep van 6 liftinspecteurs. Daarnaast zorg je voor een goede communicatie tussen de liftinspecteurs, de commerciële dienst en de klanten.

Jouw kerntaken bestaan uit

  • Het opmaken van korte termijnplanningen (dagplanning, weekplanning). Hierbij speel je flexibel in op last-minute wijzigingen en omstandigheden.
  • De dagelijkse opvolging van de uitvoering van de planning en de liftinspecteurs.
  • Het opmaken en optimaliseren van lange termijnplanningen (kwartaal- en jaarplanningen)
  • Het signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in de planning
  • Het beantwoorden en opvolgen van inkomende opdrachten van klanten (mail, telefoon)
  • Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega planners en rapporteert aan de teamleader.

Functie-eisen

  • Je beschikt over een HBO- diploma bij voorkeur in een administratieve richting OF je hebt ervaring in een functie als planner.
  • Ervaring met MS Office en je kan snel overweg met een nieuw programma
  • Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen en je weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je bent klant- en servicegericht
  • Je hebt zin voor initiatief en bent administratief sterk aangelegd.
  • Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
