TRUMPAI APIE POZICIJĄ:

Šiose pareigose būsi atsakingas (-a) už įvairius gamybinius procesus, priklausomai nuo paskirtos pozicijos – tai gali būti surinkimas, pakavimas, spauda arba UV spaudos valdymas. Tavo darbas turės tiesioginę įtaką mūsų produktų kokybei ir klientų patirčiai.

Darbas vyksta nuolat augančioje gamybos aplinkoje, kurioje vertinamas tikslumas, greitis, atsakomybė ir komandinis darbas. Prie komandos prisijungsi kaip svarbi jos dalis, o visos reikalingos žinios bus suteiktos vietoje - svarbiausia tavo noras mokytis ir siekti bendrų tikslų.

Darbo grafikas - slenkantis: 3 darbo dienos / 3 poilsio dienos. Pamainos keičiasi kas antrą ciklą - vieną ciklą dirbama dieninėse pamainose (06:00–18:00), kitą - naktinėse (18:00–06:00).

Siūlome terminuotą darbo sutartį iki gruodžio vidurio.

Darbo vieta: BURGA HQ (adresu: Inžinierių g. 6, Sergeičikų I k., Kauno r. (LEZ teritorija))

KĄ REIKĖS DARYTI:

- Atlikti produktų surinkimo, pakavimo ar spaudos darbus pagal paskirtį.

- Rūpintis gamybinių įrenginių priežiūra ir švara.

- Vertinti produktų kokybę ir užtikrinti aukščiausius standartus.

- Vykdyti užduotis laikantis nustatytų terminų.

- Palaikyti tvarką darbo vietoje.

ATLYGINIMAS: 10.42 - 12.07 Eur/val. prieš mokesčius (darbo užmokestis priklauso nuo sutartos pozicijos). Plius bonusai intensyviausiais gamybos laikotarpiais priklausomai nuo rezultatų.

Naktinės pamainos pagal įstatymą apmokamos atitinkamai.
