Dann haben wir genau den richtigen Job für dich! Als Junior Store Manager (m/w/d) bist du die rechte Hand unserer Betriebsleitung und mittendrin statt nur dabei. Du unterstützt das Team im Tagesgeschäft, sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Gäste immer wieder gerne zu uns kommen.

Was du bei uns machst: - Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung des Stores und sorgst dafür, dass im Tagesgeschäft alles rundläuft. - Du koordinierst die Crew, unterstützt bei der Führung und sorgst für ein starkes Miteinander auf Augenhöhe. - Du bist mittendrin statt nur dabei und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn’s richtig abgeht. - Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Burger, Speisen und unser Service unsere Standards erfüllen – jeden Tag. - Du kümmerst dich um reibungslose Abläufe, hast administrative Aufgaben im Griff und achtest darauf, dass alles nach Plan läuft. - Du bist Vorbild und Support zugleich: Du stehst deinem Team zur Seite, unterstützt neue Kollegen und lebst den Burgermeister-Spirit vor. - Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, erkennst, wo wir noch besser werden können, und entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Betriebsleitung den Store und das Team weiter.

Das solltest du mitbringen: - Gastro-Erfahrung: Du bringst nachweisbare erste Erfahrung als Führungskraft in der (System-) Gastronomie mit und weißt, wie der Laden läuft. - Zahlen im Griff: Du kennst betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen, kannst sie einschätzen und leitest daraus passende Maßnahmen ab. - Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft: Mit deinem professionellen, freundlichen Auftreten sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. - Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst selbst mit an, behältst den Überblick und hast ein Auge für Qualität und reibungslose Abläufe. - Teamplayer mit Führungsqualitäten: Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und motivierst dein Team, gemeinsam das Beste rauszuholen. - Flexibel und engagiert: Du behältst auch im größten Trubel einen kühlen Kopf und hast Lust, gemeinsam mit der Burgermeister-Crew etwas zu bewegen! - Sprachlicher fit: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
