Wir suchen dich – einen charismatischen und erfahrenen Schichtleiter (m/w/d) für Service & Küche! Du bringst Erfahrung in der Gastronomie mit, liebst guten Service und hochwertige Burger – und weißt, wie man ein Team motiviert und zusammenhält? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Als Schichtleiter sorgst du dafür, dass im Laden alles rundläuft: Du führst dein Team mit Herz, achtest auf Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards und behältst den Überblick bei Bestandskontrolle, Bestellungen und Lagerverwaltung. Gemeinsam mit dem Store Manager stellst du sicher, dass unsere Gäste jederzeit ein großartiges Erlebnis haben.

Du hast schon einige Jahre Gastro-Erfahrung, bist belastbar, organisiert, kommunikationsstark und hast Lust, dich schnell weiterzuentwickeln? 👉 Dann komm zu uns ins Team!

Was du bei uns machst: Leitung des Teams während deiner Schicht sowie aktive Mitarbeit im Service und in der Küche, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen. Gewährleistung einer hohen Speisen- und Servicequalität sowie Kundenzufriedenheit Planung und Koordination der Schichtaktivitäten, einschließlich Personalressourcen und Arbeitsabläufe Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards Bestandskontrolle, Bestellungen und Lagerverwaltung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Storemanager

Das solltest du mitbringen: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie Teamplayer, der andere motivieren und inspirieren kann Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent Hohe Serviceorientierung Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
