مجموعة العيسري العالمية مؤسسة عُمانية تعمل منذ عام ٢٠٠٦ في تنمية قدرات الأطفال وتعليمهم، ولها مدارس وفروع في مسقط. ومن أذرعها «الحلال الطيب»:

علامة تغذية مدرسية صحية بشخصيات يحبها الأطفال، قدّمت نحو ثلاثة آلاف وجبة يوميًا قبل توقفها مع الجائحة، وتعود هذا العام بنموذج جديد: نملك الوصفة

والمعيار والعلامة، وتنتج الوجبات جهاتٌ مرخّصة شريكة.

نبحث عن قائد يتولّى تشغيل هذه العودة من يومها الأول: أن تصل صحفة صحية بعلامتنا إلى مئات الأطفال كل صباح، في موعدها وبجودتها. والأسس جاهزة: علامة

معروفة لدى أسر مدارسنا، وقائمة وجبات معتمدة غذائيًا، وخطة تشغيل مكتوبة، ومدارس المجموعة عميلًا أول، ودعم مباشر من رئيس مجلس الإدارة. هي فرصة

نادرة لأن تبني من البداية شيئًا يكبر، وأن يُنسب نجاحه إليك.

ماذا ستفعل?

◂ تختار المورّدين الشركاء وتفاوضهم وتدير عقودهم.

◂ تضبط جودة الصحفة وسلامتها من المورّد حتى يد الطفل.

◂ تنظّم الاستلام والتوزيع مع إدارات المدارس، وتقود فريقًا صغيرًا.

◂ تتابع أرقامًا أسبوعية قليلة وواضحة: العدد، والكلفة، والالتزام بالموعد، ورضا الأطفال والأسر.

من نبحث عنه

◂ خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في التموين أو إدارة عمليات المطاعم أو مشتريات الأغذية.

◂ معرفة عملية باشتراطات سلامة الغذاء في سلطنة عُمان.

◂ مهارة في التفاوض وإدارة المورّدين، ودقة في قراءة الكلفة.

◂ طموح لبناء مشروع ينمو، وصبر على التفاصيل اليومية التي تصنع الثقة.

◂ القدرة على البدء في ١٥ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦.
