Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential educational institution in Qatar seeking a qualified and experienced Science Teacher to deliver the American Curriculum across Grades 7–10.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the American Curriculum.
  • Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics as required.
  • Develop lesson plans, assessments and practical laboratory activities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain effective classroom management and academic standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Education or a relevant discipline.
  • Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, QTS or equivalent) preferred.
  • Previous experience teaching Science at middle or high school level.
  • Experience teaching the American Curriculum strongly preferred.
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
