RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Reklamationsabwicklung
  • Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Produkt- und Prozessanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessabnahmen sowie Erstbemusterung
  • Festlegung geeigneter Mess - und Prüfmethoden sowie Definition des erforderlichen Prüfungsumfangs
  • Erstellung von Prüfplänen, SPC Auswertungen und Messprogrammen für Koordinatenmessgeräte
  • Analyse von Messergebnissen mit gängigen Messtechnik-Tools, (z.B. Zeiss Inspect oder GOM)
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Techniker-/Meisterabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in der Kunststofftechnik sowie in Qualitätsmethoden wie 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa und 5-Why
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und relevanten EDV-Systemen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Lösungsorientierung
