Buchhaltung mit Drive – nicht nur verwalten, sondern verbessern

  • Buchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle (Debitoren, Kreditoren)
  • Kassen- und Bankbuchführung
  • Kontenabstimmung/OP-Bearbeitung
  • Prüfung von Barauslagen sowie Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Selbständige Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Erstellung der wöchentlichen Zahlläufe
  • Kassenaufsicht (Shop & Vermietung)
  • Stammdatenpflege für Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Bereichen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung & Optimierung buchhalterischer Abläufe – gerne auch digital und zukunftsorientiert

Dein Profil

  • Einschlägige Ausbildung (z. B. Bürokaufmann/-frau mit FiBu-Schwerpunkt, Bilanzbuchhalter:in, Steuerfachangestellte:r, o. ä.)
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel) und sicher in DATEV
  • Sichere schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache (Niveau C1)
  • Hervorragendes Zeit- & Selbstmanagement, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Souveränes Auftreten mit hoher Empathie & Teamgeist
  • Hohe EDV-Affinität und Spaß an Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Kreative UND analytische Denkweise – konzeptionell stark, pragmatisch in der Umsetzung
  • Du arbeitest gern selbstorganisiert und bist begeisterungsfähig, vertrauenswürdig, verantwortungsbewusst, loyal und authentisch
