Um Kinder mit früher Bildung für später stark zu machen, zählt jeder Blickwinkel – auch deine präzise Sicht auf die Zahlen!

Das kannst du beitragen:

  • Das volle Programm: Du verantwortest die laufende Buchhaltung (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Banken) und sorgst für geordnete Zahlen in der Unternehmensgruppe.
  • Da rein, da raus: Du erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen und verarbeitest Eingangsrechnungen.
  • Vorbereitung ist alles: Für die buchhalterischen Abschlüsse machst du alles für die Steuerberater bereit.
  • Deine Auswertungen bilden für uns eine wichtige Besprechungsgrundlage.
  • Fördermittel: Du unterstützt bei der Beantragung und Abrechnung von Fördermitteln im Kita-Bereich. Keine Sorge, durch den Dschungel schlagen wir uns gemeinsam.
  • Deine Mannschaft: Zusammen mit Dana, Ingrid und Janine sowie enger Abstimmung mit Michael, unserem Geschäftsführer, sorgt ihr dafür, dass unsere Zahlenbasis immer „ready-to-go“ ist.

Damit kommst du an:

  • Background: Egal, wie du dazu gekommen bist – über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium – Hauptsache, du bringst betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how mit. Noch besser: Du hast bereits in einer ähnlichen Position gearbeitet.
  • Kennste? Kannste? SuSa, OPOS, HGB, Steuerecht – hier SOLLst du Ahnung HABEN.
  • Must-have-Tools: Du fühlst dich umgeben von „Excel-Tapeten“ richtig wohl. Die DATEV-Software nutzt du effizient im Arbeitsalltag.
  • Nice-to-haves: Deinen digitalen Workflow kannst du mit Moss und der ERP-Plattform weclapp verbessern.
  • Dein Herangehen: Egal wie komplex – du gehst Herausforderungen nicht aus dem Weg. Du findest einen Weg.
  • Zahlen und Menschen: Ob im Austausch mit dem Steuerberater, der Bank oder den Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus der Pädagogik – du findest immer einen gemeinsamen Nenner.
  • Unberechenbarer Alltag: Du rechnest mit allem. Und wenn’s doch anders kommt? Kannst du trotzdem lachen.
