Customer Service Officer (Logistics)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain Location: East, Singapore

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations with customers, warehouses and freight forwarders.
  • Process customer orders and arrange shipments and transportation.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and reconcile stock discrepancies between internal records and customers’ warehouse management systems.
  • Maintain accurate cycle count records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service standards are met.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports and ensure timely submission of reports by the team.
  • Support daily logistics operations and provide efficient customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred. Business Edge Personnel Services Singapore EA License No: 96C4864 EA Personnel Reg No: R26159908 (Tan Ying Ying)
