Job Scope

  • Create training materials and conduct ICT-related workshops/lessons for pupils.
  • Conduct ICT workshops for staff.
  • Support ICT department in ICT-related processes such as updating school website, digital signage, preparing for HBL, etc.
  • Maintenance of school devices such as STEM products and ICT-related applications.
  • Provide consultancy and assist all teachers in ICT-related matters.
  • Carry out any other ICT-related tasks & responsibilities as assigned by the School Leaders and HOD ICT.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Animation, Multimedia Design or an Educational Technology-related field.
  • Familiar with block-based coding tools and basic programming logic, with experience in interactive STEM education platforms preferred.
  • Proficient in using Windows, macOS/iOS, Android, cloud productivity and AI application tools.
  • 3-year experience in ICT support, training or educational technology roles.

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Working Arrangement

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7.45am to 4.45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
  • Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays.
  • Personnel may be required to work on Saturdays or beyond regular working hours to support school events where necessary.

Location: Bedok North

Salary: $3,300 to $3,500 per month (or you may advise your expected salary)
